Homemade Purses;
You can purchase one of these or send me your design and I will try to make it for you. These are just some types I make. Each purse is different, the style and materials are unique and individual. Tassels, trim, pockets and other decorations are special made just for you. For the Jean Purses, you can have your own specialized bag by sending me a pair of your old well-worn jeans, or just some of your old favorites and I will make you that special one of a kind look.
This particular purse is for a little girl. I call it a "church purse". It is a little crocheted bag that opens and closes with the draw string handles. When it is opened you turn it inside out and it turns into a crib for a little doll (or stuffed animal). The doll can be about 10 inches in height. The reason I call it a "church purse" is that your little girl can carry her "purse" to church or any other event, just like anyone else carries a purse. However, when she gets there and needs to be entertained in a quite manner, you can turn the purse inside out and her doll and crib are there for her to play with. This is just a really cute idea or a young girl to have.

Little Girl's "Church Purse"

This particular bag was made from a childs 8-10 jeans. [All purses are fabric lined, and snap
closure.] It is about 12 inches wide and 11 inches tall. I will make these with the colors and
lace, ribbon, buttons, patches, trinkets etc.that you want. If you have a favorite old pair of
jeans that you want your purse made out of, just let me know, and send it to me, and I will
adjust the cost of the purse.
This messenger bag was actually made for my teenage
daughter, she picked the material and when it was complete
asked me to put the anchor on the front to match the lining.
She uses it for overnight stays with friends. It has a pocket
on the inside that will hold a cell phone and other items that
need a special place. The bag shown is made out of brushed
suede. I can make this out of any heavy material, even denim.

wide and 15 inches tall. This is another bag
that I made for my daughter. She wanted it
made with the leopard print material and a
black lining. It goes with several pairs of
her shoes and a few tops and hair accessories.
